The New Delhi railway tracks. These are the slums that line the tracks, here in Delhi. Normal life takes place here. There is schooling, game playing, health care and mothers cooking. The area is restricted as these communities are at the mercy of Delhi's crime lords. Children in particular are very vunerable.
