Hout's bay Angus, not Hooters !!!!! Dave, this is a pic of Hout's Bay taken from the otherside of the bay. In the foreground are some very pretty red flowers, have no idea what they are called. The weather is lovely and hot.
Mike, an old friend of London, who has been living in CT for the last 17 years very kindly offered to take me to Simon's Town , stopping on the way at Hout's bay. I hadn't seen Mike for such a long time and bumped into him on the off chance on my second day in CT. Small world. We had a lovely lunch here, overlooking the water and watching the Seals swim below. Right up my srteet. I had a big bowl of clam chowder and was in heaven, watching the marine life. We left Hout and headed into a rather run down township ,which I didn't like so much ,as Mike kept going the wrong way and it seemed we were getting lost. However , we got out, but I had built up a sweat, which wasn't helped by Mike telling me, if the car stops we may be in trouble......
